GINGER BOCHET

What happens when you caramelize local honey, ferment it, and throw ginger into the mix?

Ginger Bochet is a semi-dry, c***r-style mead with layers of toasted honey, warming ginger, and old-school soda-shop character.

Made right here at Black Rabbit. Come try something a little different.
