A Letter from Pastor Jason

Destiny Church Family,

On May 3, 2026, RaChelle and I said “yes” to a new assignment from the Lord—to lead Destiny Church into its next season as Lead Pastors, beginning September 27, 2026.

We are incredibly grateful for this opportunity and truly believe God has guided and directed every step.

So many of you have reached out to congratulate us, encourage us, and offer your support. We are humbled and encouraged by your words and prayers. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU!

As we begin this journey together, we want you to know our heart from the very beginning. Our calling is simple:

• Love God
• Love people
• Disciple and equip
• Crowd Heaven

We will work diligently to reach those who are far from God, care for the brokenhearted, build strong disciples, and help people discover and live out their God-given purpose. We’ll share more vision and plans throughout 2026 and into 2027.

We also want to honor the last 20 years at Destiny Church and its predecessors, Chad and Tosha Blansit. It has been one of the greatest honors of our lives to serve alongside them. We are deeply grateful for their leadership, sacrifice, friendship, and investment in this church and in us personally. Their legacy deserves to be honored and celebrated, and we believe in the new assignment God has given them as they continue serving His Kingdom. There is more to come on that story as well!

As RaChelle and I step into this new chapter, we have one big request:

Please pray for us. Seriously—please pray for us.

God is doing something new in both of us, and I don’t know how to put all of it into words yet. He is revealing the vision for what is ahead as we pray, plan, and prepare for 2027 and beyond.

We don’t have every answer yet, but we know the One who does. We are incredibly excited about what lies ahead. God has been faithful through every season, and we know He will continue to equip us to make an impact in Republic, Southwest Missouri, and around the world.

We believe this is a “for such a time as this” moment. (Esther 4:14) …and we can’t wait to step into it together!

The end of an era. The beginning of a new chapter. ❤️

Yesterday, Pastors Chad & Tosha Blansit officially stepped into their new roles as Founding Pastors of Destiny Church as Pastor Chad commissioned Pastor Jason to lead us into this next season.

We are forever grateful for their years of faithfulness, sacrifice, leadership, and obedience to the call of God. What they built wasn’t just for a season—it created a foundation that generations will continue to build upon.

We honor the past. We celebrate what God has done. And we step into the future full of faith.

God isn’t finished with Destiny Church. The best is yet to come.

“Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name.”

There are so many things we can give thanks for!

WHEN NOTHING MAKES SENSE,
WE HAVE A CHOICE.

We can deny our questions and pretend we have it all figured out.

We can deny our faith and allow uncertainty to pull us away from God.

OR…

We can bring our questions TO GOD and keep seeking Him.

TRUST GOD

Our hands are more than a posture—they can be a declaration:
God, I surrender.
God, I trust You.
God, You are worthy.

And our worship doesn’t stop with our hands. Our voices, our instruments, our music—everything we have can become an offering of praise. 🎶🙌

The Bible says, “Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet… with the harp and lyre… with tambourine and dancing… with the strings and flute…” — Psalm 150:3-5

Lift your hands. Lift your voice. Play your instrument. Lift your praise.
Don’t hold back what was created to worship Him.

He is worthy of it ALL! 🙌🔥

36 “However, no one knows the day or hour when these things will happen, not even the angels in heaven or the Son himself.[a] Only the Father knows.

There is coming a day when looking ready won't matter.

Being around the right things won't matter.

How long you've attended church won't matter.

There is only one thing that will matter:

DO YOU KNOW JESUS?
