AT&T is expanding its presence in Richardson, reinforcing the Lakeside campus as a destination for long-term corporate investment.

Today, the City announced a new economic development agreement with Provident Corp. supporting AT&T’s lease of an additional 190,000 square feet at 2201 and 2221 Lakeside Boulevard. The expansion includes a 12-year lease and continued investment in the campus.

The agreement advances Richardson’s broader economic development strategy of partnering with property owners to modernize existing corporate campuses, retain and grow major employers, and position legacy office properties for long-term success.

Located along US 75, Lakeside remains one of Richardson’s most prominent corporate campuses and continues to attract significant reinvestment. The surrounding area, including nearby Galatyn Commons, has been a major focus of Richardson’s commercial office revitalization strategy in recent years.
