We’re taking over the former Trough Juice Bar space to bring a chef-driven café and market concept to Richmond, TX, led by the team behind The Hidden Truffle.
When you’re feeding the whole crew, the sandwiches should still be damn good.
Our catering sandwich boxes bring Truffle & Rye to the office, meeting, event, or wherever you need us. Thoughtfully sourced ingredients, quality meats, great bread, and everything packed up and ready to go.
Because nobody gets excited about a sad boxed lunch.

A little reminder that we're popping up at Third Place on October 11, and Chef Joey is bringing some of our favorites along for the ride.
The Pig. The Bird. The Boar. The Rooster. Plus our Classic Caesar Salad and some Italian chips to round things out.
Fra'Mani charcuterie, artisan schiacciata, thoughtfully sourced ingredients, and all the things we give a damn about at Truffle & Rye.
We're genuinely excited to share our food in someone else's space and connect with more of Houston's food community.

We’re bringing something special to Richmond with an exclusive five-course dining experience, featuring lobster agnolotti, 35-day dry-aged New York strip, and a few surprises along the way.
This isn’t your typical steak dinner. We’re pulling out all the stops.

Family Meal is back — and Chef Joey went full fall with this one.
For $85, we’re feeding 4–6 with citrus-brined, herb-roasted organic chicken, baked rigatoni Bolognese, Autumn Chopped Salad, and fresh-baked schiacciata with cultured butter.
Need a little more on the table? Add extra chicken, baked pasta, dessert, or a sommelier-selected bottle of Italian w**e.
Preorders are open now for pickup Monday, October 12 from 3–5 PM. Quantities are limited, and these have been moving for a reason.
