Known in the industry as a Life Plan Community, The Neighborhood in Rio Rancho opened as one of the nation’s first Life Plan Retirement Community’s in April 2016. The Neighborhood is designed to offer more than one level of care on a single campus. We offer a range of housing, from seniors who want an increased sense of community and connection.

🛍️🎨 A little local shopping, right here at home!
Our annual Artisan Fair was filled with handcrafted treasures created and sold by talented residents and staff, unique raffle prizes donated by our artisans, and a delicious BBQ lunch. With more vendors than ever before, this year’s fair was one to remember!

🎻 Rock meets orchestra! A big thank you to the Albuquerque Philharmonic Orchestra for bringing an incredible rock & roll inspired performance to our community.
It was a pleasure having Sloan and members of the Pacific Retirement Services leadership team visit The Neighborhood in Rio Rancho! From spending time with residents and team members to enjoying the unique spirit of the community, it was a wonderful day of connection and conversation. Thank you for spending the day with us!
