Why do you think the "truth" is hard to hear? Is it because we are unwilling to change or maybe it is because we don't truly understand the blessings that come from learning what God wants for our lives? Are you someone who can say you have endured the hard moments of life because of your willingness to "Be Teachable"?

This week we will touch on "Discipleship" and the value that being teachable brings to our lives and why it is so important for us to learn the truth. Read Proverbs 8 and Romans 1:18-32 as you prepare your heart to gather together to gain insight into God's Word. Be sure to bring the offering you will present to the Lord - we will worship Him through song, reading of His Word, and in our tithes and offerings.

Wisdom not only delivers one from evil but promises certain rewards; longevity and prosperity, favor with God and man, guidance, and so much more.. But, in order to have all these things, we must learn to trust God completely.

Join us this weekend as we seek to learn how to stay faithful in our walk by growing in how we "Trust God" more each day. Read Proverbs 3 in preparation for our gathering and be sure to invite someone to join us as we seek to gain insight into the Word of God.

If you could ask God for anything... What would it be? We know God wants to give us blessings, but are we asking for the right things?

Let's gather together to begin a journey through the book Proverbs. This series on "Endurance" is designed to help us learn more about how to stay faithful to live the life God has given us. It will teach us to take steps toward walking in obedience by gaining wisdom for successful living. We will start in Proverbs 1:1-7 to help us gain insight into "Finding Purpose".

Be sure to bring someone with you and don't forget to pray over your tithes and offerings as you come prepared to worship our God and King - let's give Him our all!

"Honor the Lord with your wealth and with the first fruits of all your produce; then your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will be bursting with wine." Proverbs 3:9-10

Join us this week as we wrap our series in Philippians. We will be looking at chapter 4 (vs.14-23) to discover the importance of the church partnering together to ensure the Gospel message is shared in all the world. We have been given a mandate to give generously and sacrificially to ensure we are honoring God. Take a moment to pray over your tithes and contributions and be sure to come prepared to worship our God and King Jesus! Let's praise our God for all that He has given!

What length would you go to ensure your relationships were healthy? As the bible teaches us humility and we learn that God wants us to have a servant mindset, we must come to a place in our relationships where we take responsibility for our behaviors. We must learn how to respond biblically toward others to ensure we are fostering healthy relationships. Join us this weekend as we look at Philippians 4:4-9 to discover what we need to do to ensure our relationships honor God and honor one another.

This weekend we are going to tackle a tough topic...God has a lot to say about "Gluttony" and the truth about how we are overindulgent in our behaviors here in America is something we must look at to ensure we are living a life that is bearing the fruit of self-control! Read Philippians 3:15-21. Be prayerful knowing God's intent is to speak to us through His Word. He wants you to know how valuable you are to Him. Let's gather together this Sunday and encourage one another on the journey.

Have you ever felt stagnant in you faith? Maybe you have said to yourself, "I'm just not feeling it!"? Take a moment this week to read Philippians 2 in preparation for our gathering. God has a great encouragement for you in this passage and He wants you to know that all you have to do to overcome this type of moment is to "Get to Work"!

If we want to experience all the great moments God has for us as His family then we need to understand that we must hold fast to the Word of life - Jesus!
