CIPO Release 3.5.0 is going live this weekend!

This release introduces AI-Powered Contract Analysis, allowing users to upload Contract Specification PDFs and ask the AI questions in plain language to extract and surface relevant information on demand. Instead of manually reviewing lengthy specifications to find what you need, you can now get answers in seconds.

Alongside that, Project Files and My Drive have been modernized on the latest Angular framework with infinite scrolling for faster file browsing, users can now add notes directly to uploaded files, and system administrators have new flexibility with dynamic print variables that can be managed without requiring system changes. We're also introducing a multi-language translation framework that lays the foundation for localized user experiences across the platform.

CIPO Mobile 1.9.0 is going live at the same time, bringing Dark Mode, notification deep links, file notes, and print and share functionality to the mobile experience.

Team CIPO attended the Construction Network Water Infrastructure Projects event, joining agencies from across Southern California to discuss growing CIP opportunities and the future of water infrastructure delivery.

One of our favorite moments of the day? Seeing our client Nick Lyuber, Director of Engineering at Rancho Water, take the stage as a featured speaker. Rancho is expanding their CIP in a big way, including kicking off their very first Progressive Design-Build project.
