We had another wonderful evening of supporting our wish families! 💙🌈

Yesterday, 24 wish families visited Crispelli's Bakery & Pizzeria to pick up delicious pizzas, breadsticks, salads and more, providing their families with several meals to enjoy at home. Through our Special Response Program, The Rainbow Connection is proud to help provide essential food assistance to wish families when they need it most.

A huge thank you to Impact 100 Macomb County for helping make this meal pickup possible! Your support makes a difference for Michigan wish families.

It was an honor to speak about The Rainbow Connection at the inaugural Adam Decker Memorial Golf Classic last month.

In honor of Adam's life and the values he lived by, The Decker family established the Adam’s Promise Foundation which provides financial support to non-profits that serve medically challenged and financially disadvantaged children.

🌈✨ 4,700 WISHES AND COUNTING! ✨🌈

We are SO honored to share an incredibly special milestone: Since 1985, The Rainbow Connection has granted 4,700 wishes! Today, we’re celebrating Cicely, a sweet 2 year old from Oxford, who is our 4,700th wish recipient!

Cicely was diagnosed with a heart condition in October 2025 after she began to frequently get very sick. Her parents took her to the ER, and she was transferred to C.S. Mott Children's Hospital where she spent several months waiting for a heart transplant. In June 2026, Cicely received her new heart! ❤️ She is now doing wonderfully, and she and her family are finally home together, looking forward to an exciting new chapter.

And what better way to celebrate than with a little Disney magic?!

Cicely’s wish is to go to Disney World in January 2027, and we couldn’t be more excited to help make it come true! She LOVES all things Disney. Her favorite movie is Moana, which she watched every day while in the hospital. We can’t wait for Cicely to experience the magic of Disney, meet her favorite characters and princesses and make memories with her family that will last a lifetime.

Here’s to 4,700 wishes granted and so many more wishes to come!

10 wish family members went to Disney on Ice last week! Thanks to Feld Entertainment, Inc. we were able to provide these tickets through our Enhancement Program, which provides families with fun and memorable opportunities to spend time together in addition to their wish!

Since receiving his wish to revamp his car in 2014, Josh has continued to pay it forward by hosting fundraisers to help make more wishes come true. We are so inspired by his commitment to giving back and creating unforgettable moments for other Michigan wish children and their families.

This year’s Fight the Beast golf outing was another incredible success! Thank you Josh, the Oleksiak Family and everyone who participated, donated, and supported the event. Your hard work and generosity brings hope and joy to wish families across Michigan💙🌈
