Our Rochester Resource Center team took a well-deserved break to enjoy a summer treat when an ice cream truck stopped by the office. As our team continues to work hard supporting both our teammates and residents, it was a great opportunity to cool off, recharge, and enjoy some ice cream on a summer day.

Members of our Long Island Property Management team, Tony Sims, Les Medley, and Marie Brown, recently attended the United Way 2026 United Together Celebration. The event provided a great opportunity to connect with the Long Island community and strengthen relationships with our local partners.

Conifer recently celebrated the official ribbon-cutting of Park Square II, marking a major milestone in the revitalization of downtown Rochester. This transformative 240-home affordable housing community preserves 200 existing apartments while introducing 40 newly constructed two-bedroom homes, expanding high-quality housing options for individuals and families alike. The event brought together local leaders, community partners, and residents to recognize the collaborative effort behind this impactful development.
As the final phase of Coniferโs Park Square campus redevelopment, this project reflects a strong commitment to preserving affordability while supporting the growth of one of Rochesterโs fastest-growing neighborhoods. By modernizing existing homes, adding new family housing, and enhancing resident amenities and services, Park Square II ensures that longtime residents can remain part of the community while creating new opportunities for others to call downtown Rochester home.
