PathStone Corporation

Our real estate development boards, PDC and PHAC, convened in-person yesterday at our newest housing community, Churchview Commons, located in Gates, NY. Our board members were able to tour the property and meet new residents. This was the culmination of a lot of hard work, many partnerships, and community need. Welcome to Churchview!

🍦☀️ A SWEET AFTERNOON AT PATHSTONE! ☀️🍦

Today we celebrated our 2nd Annual PathStone Ice Cream Social at Headquarters with Netsins Ice Cream!

Nothing like a little ice cream, sunshine, laughter, and time together to sweeten up the workday. 💙🍨

A big thank you to everyone who came out and joined the fun. Sometimes the best way to wrap up summer is with good company and an extra scoop (or two)!

As the great American philosopher Ice Cube once proclaimed… “Today was a good day!” 😂

The countdown is officially on! PathStone is proud to be a featured vendor at the first annual Carbon County Educational Expo at the Franklin Township Fire Company on Saturday, July 18.

We are currently packing up our favorite resources, prepping some exciting booth activities, and looking forward to connecting with families from Carbon County. Head over to carboncountyedexpo.com to view the full details, grab your event tickets, and plan your day. We cannot wait to see you there!

🇺🇸❤️🤍💙 Happy Fourth of July from all of us at PathStone Corporation!

Wishing our employees, clients, partners, and communities a safe and joyful Independence Day filled with family, friends, and celebration.

Have a wonderful holiday and stay safe!

Our offices will be closed on Friday, July 3, in observance of Independence Day. We look forward to serving you when we reopen on Monday, July 6.

A special thank you to Yvonne Thompson for her many years of service on PathStone’s real estate development boards. Her dedication, leadership, and commitment to our mission have made a lasting impact.

Last week, Annette and Cherilyn presented Yvonne with a plaque of appreciation during Indiana’s annual community event. We are grateful for all she has done and wish her the very best!

Last week, members of our PathStone Genesee County Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) team and Rehabilitation team proudly participated in the Genesee County Day of Caring at St. James Episcopal Church in Batavia.

Our volunteers spent the day giving back through painting, yard work, and cleaning projects to help support the church and its mission. We were grateful for the warm hospitality, including a delicious lunch provided by the church.

What makes St. James Episcopal Church especially remarkable is its commitment to the community. In addition to welcoming volunteers, the church opens its doors each day to provide meals for anyone in need.

Thank you to everyone who volunteered their time and talents to make a difference. It was a wonderful day of service, teamwork, and community spirit! ❤️

This NeighborWorks Week, we're sharing what housing education makes possible.

📊 PathStone Housing served 5,047 households in FY2024–2025 — and the outcomes behind that number tell the real story:

🏡 131 families purchased a home after completing housing education and counseling services
🛡️ 67 households prevented or resolved a forward mortgage default
🔧 204 homeowners improved their home conditions through post-purchase education
🌾 2,268 rural-area clients served — reaching communities where access to housing resources is often limited
🌎 1,904 clients with Limited English Proficiency served, in English, Spanish, and other languages

These aren't just numbers. They're families who are safer, more stable, and more informed because of the work this network does every day. This is why NeighborWorks Weeks matters. This is why we show up.

Creating homes. Building America. Strengthening communities. 🌿

Since 1983, NeighborWorks Weeks has been a time for housing organizations across the country to come together — and show what's possible when community is at the center of every decision.

PathStone is one of 240+ organizations in the NeighborWorks America network. This year alone, we served 5,047 households across New York, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Puerto Rico — helping families access housing education, build financial stability, and find their footing.

Housing isn't just a transaction. It's a foundation. And this week, we celebrate building it — together.
