Functionally Fit

We have a new class starting next week - Join us Tuesdays at noon for Functional Fitness with Clara!

Functional Fitness is a fun, music-filled class designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility for everyday life. Most exercises are performed in a chair, with some optional standing movements to enhance balance and functional strength. Enjoy light toning, gentle stretching, and a welcoming atmosphere that’s perfect for active adults and all fitness levels.

We will be open from 8am-1pm on Monday, May 25th for Memorial Day. There will not be any classes on Monday and if you have 24 hour access you may use the gym any time.
