These custom nautical signal flags were designed, fabricated, and installed for the main gated entrance at one of Wellen Park’s newest communities. A unique way to bring coastal character to a community before residents even make it through the gate.

From Concept to Completion! 💫We just wrapped up the fabrication and installation of two custom sets of reverse channel letters for Crimson Crossing—the new six-story, 556-bed student housing complex at the Florida Institute of Technology! These premium halo-lit letters are ready to welcome Florida Tech students home to their new residence hall. 🎓🏢
