My nephew came to visit from California for the 4th 🇺🇸 Had to make sure he went back home with a fresh haircut 💇‍♂️

Completed a 72-hour fast ✔️ nothing but water and black coffee. It started as a physical and mental reset, an opportunity to disconnect from constant consumption and allow my body to recalibrate itself naturally. By stepping away from food, I gave my digestive system time to rest, my mind time to clear, and my body the opportunity to cleanse, recover, and heal.

The challenge wasn’t just physical — it was mental. Pushing through cravings, discipline, and discomfort taught me a lot about self-control and resilience. Reaching deeper stages of fat burning and autophagy brought a level of focus, clarity, and awareness that made the entire experience worth it.

I’ve realized being a great barber goes far beyond giving a clean haircut. It’s about the lifestyle behind the craft — maintaining discipline, health, energy, professionalism, consistency, and creating an atmosphere where people feel confident and taken care of.
