So much cooking going on. Things I have made today. 6 pans of chicken spaghetti, 2 GF lasagnas for church events, one large lasagna, 4 individual m&c cheese, baked beans for our fish fry Saturday, pizza pasta, pasta salad and ONE large pan of cornbread for the 1000 pounds of dressing I need to get made. Still to make tuna salad, chicken salad, more chicken piccata and street corn chicken casserole.

I’m going to be making deliveries in Richardson/Sachse on Friday if anyone wants something. Making chicken salad, pasta salad today too.

Hopefully tomorrow’s menu items will be pizza pasta (for a customer request) & chicken spaghetti. If there’s time I’ll be making some extra beef lasagnas too.

Y’all I don’t usually cook on Wednesdays. That’s my day off cause I’m serving two meals a day at church. But not this week. I’m SO BUSY!! I had to cook before I left this morning and in between meals this afternoon. So here’s my THIRD dish of the day. Sour cream chicken enchiladas ready to go. Half pan (6 enchiladas) $25. Who needs some?

I have lemon chicken piccata with angel hair pasta on the list today. This was a request from one my dear customers. Let me know if you are interested. I can do a mini pan for $16 or a half pan for $28.

Cheese enchiladas are ready. I have a couple extra half pans (6 enchiladas) for $25!!

Here’s one I haven’t made in a while either. I had some smoked sausage left after I made the jambalaya so who needs some roasted peppers and onions with smoked sausage.

Also just finished 4 pans of chicken & sausage jambalaya. I haven’t made this in a long time. But I got an order for it so I made extras. This is one of my son-in-laws favorites. I had to have a bowl of it myself tonight cause it just turned so delicious. I like it with an extra splash of Tabasco to make it a bit spicy. But that’s cause I’m a Louisiana girl. These half pans are $30.

Just made 5 pans of chicken cordon bleu. These are $25 each for the 8x8. They are so yummy.

This is one of my beef lasagnas that I served at church today. They are so cheesy and delicious.

I am always creating something cute and special for everyone else but today I did this super cute “gaming” themed fruit skewers for a very special little boys birthday party.
