We offer quality, affordable housing in Rolla with a complete line of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. We offer low, refundable move-in deposits.
Our apartments are all electric with central heat and air conditioning. Most include a washer, dryer, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. We have a full time rental staff to serve you as well as two full time maintenance employees, should you need them. We feel at Brown Rentals, that once you look at our quality apartments and compare our great prices with others, your housing choice will be easy to make.
