LG Sewing Machines

One of the early -----for home use overlocks by Singer.
These used industrial parts and many are still around today.
The 2023 needle has a round shank, but you can also use a 2024 with a flat shank.
The internet shows a 15x1 needle which is not correct.
Pictured is the 14u12

Over many decades, other brands have copied Singer features, but their ideas never get that original invention just right!

Congratulations to Nolan in Calhoun, GA ----
Our Christmas Stocking Contest Winner!
He designed and cut out his plans, then using recycled fabric creating the great looking elf Stocking. His Mother assisted with the sewing sections.

Thanks to Jerri Purdy, Kay Worsham, Jan Nisbet Valerie Gordon, and Cat Johnson--- all well know sewing teachers for volunteering to judge .

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL-----. AND ENJOY YOUR NEW SINGER SEWING MACHINE NOLAN.

The Singer 221 featherweight turns 90 today. And just like many other Singer models, it is still in use!

Still the best choice after 172 years ------ must be doing something right!

Sure we're best! We taught the world to sew.
