😌Monthly Restorative is Sunday at 6:30 pm!
Restorative yoga does just what it says: it RESTORES.
Postures are fully supported and held for longer durations to allow students time to breathe, relax, and release tension (whether physical, mental, or emotional).
Take time for YOU this Sunday. 💜 Drop in is $20 or new students can try three consecutive weeks for just $39!
