Unpopular opinion: In a world pushing AI as the solution to everything, the best investment you can make in your career, team, or organization is growing and refining of people skills.
Being able to think critically, listen attentively, make wise decisions, understand human nature, and communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, is infinitely more valuable than the best LLM or AI Agent on the market.

Rube in a Box is our newest WorkPlay TeamLab. Inspired by the cartoonist Rube Goldberg, teams make an overly complicated machine to perform a simple task. It's like a jumbo version of the 80s board game. You know the one with the mouse and the cheese.
Unleash your inner engineer and design the ultimate . With thousands of ways to complete the mission, teams must rapidly prototype and collaborate effectively.
Thank you to our engineer friends at Shaw Industries Group, Inc. for taking the challenge.

We ask the same question about every potential RBG member.
"Would you recommend this person/business to your mom or grandmother?"
We only accept members whom we trust with our family. It's a high bar to achieve, and when you see these brands, you can be confident each one passed the test.
