đâ˝ SEASON ONE COMPLETE. WHAT A WAY TO FINISH.
Four weeks. Countless reps. New friendships. Stronger, faster, and more confident athletes.
Season One of the Transfigure Athletics Soccer Performance Clinic was about much more than training. It was about investing in young athletes, teaching them how to move with purpose, compete with confidence, and develop habits that will serve them long after the final whistle.
Throughout the clinic, athletes trained in:â¨âĄSpeed & Accelerationâ¨đĽ Explosive Powerâ¨đ Agility & Change of Directionâ¨đď¸ Strength Developmentâ¨â˝ Soccer-Specific Movementâ¨
Every drill, every sprint, and every lift had one goal to help each athlete become the best version of themselves.
A special congratulations goes to Rachel Phifer, our $500 Soccer Performance Scholarship Award recipient! đ
Your hard work, commitment, coachability, and consistency throughout the clinic made you a deserving winner. Weâre excited to see where your journey takes you, and weâre proud to invest in athletes who continue to raise the standard. Congratulations to everybody else who competed. Your hard work did not go unnoticed.
At Transfigure Athletics, we believe success isnât just measured by performance itâs measured by the impact we make. Giving back to our athletes and investing in their future is at the heart of what we do, and this scholarship is just one way we demonstrate that commitment.
đ¨ This is only the beginning.
Season Two is on the horizon, and weâre already preparing an even bigger and better experience.

Did you know?
Female soccer athletes are up to 2â8 times more likely to suffer an ACL injury compared to their male counterparts due to a combination of anatomical, hormonal, biomechanical, and neuromuscular factors.
ACL rehabilitation isnât just about healing the knee itâs about restoring strength, stability, confidence, and movement quality.
Todayâs session focused on:
Reverse Lunge Isometric Holds: Building strength, stability, and force production through the surgical limb.
Single-Leg BOSU Stability with Soccer Swings: Training balance, proprioception, and sport-specific control while stabilizing on the ACL leg.
5-Second Eccentric Step Downs to Knee Drive: Developing deceleration mechanics, eccentric quad strength, and single leg control essential for return to play.
Every rep has a purpose.
Weâre not just helping athletes return to the game weâre helping them return stronger, more resilient, and more prepared for the demands of competition.
At Transfigure Athletics, we bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance.
