Rob Sanders Designer - Custom Home & Building Design

I am a "Certified Professional Building Designer" (CPBD) serving individuals and builders with over 30 years of working experience. I have designed many custom homes in and around Central Texas (from $100K to $4 million). I am skilled at guiding clients through their dream home design, from beginning concept to final working drawings. I am especially adept if you have a challenging or complex site (shape/trees/topography/views). I am also familiar with Austins McMansion ordinance and its requirements. If you are in need of a custom designed luxury home, new addition, remodel, pool or game cabana, please consider my services.
