We closed the shop, loaded up The Gelato Lab, and rolled it straight into Walsh Middle School. 💚
Not for a party. Not for a paycheck. Just to say thank you.
Our own kids go to school right here in Round Rock — which means every day, the teachers and staff at Walsh pour everything they’ve got into other people’s kids like they’re their own. So we scooped 200+ cups of scratch-made gelato for the people who take care of ours. Our treat, start to finish.
And that room? Pure joy. Teachers lighting up over the first bite, sneaking back for seconds, going “wait — this is HOMEMADE?” 🍦
To the Walsh Wildcats staff: thank you. For our kids, and for everybody’s kids. You made our whole week.

We loaded the Gelato Lab, and rolled into Walsh Middle School to thank the teachers and staff who take care of our kids every single day — ours included. 💚 Watching that room light up was the best part of our week. Thank you, Walsh PTA, for making it happen.
