Un padre que conoce el fútbol formativo no vive de ilusiones momentáneas. Sabe que el talento es importante, pero también entiende que sin disciplina, humildad y trabajo diario ese talento puede quedarse en el camino, su papel no es acelerar el proceso, sino acompañarlo.
Muy diferente es la actitud de quienes creen que el talento natural de su hijo lo resolverá todo. Algunos padres convierten las condiciones de su niño en una extensión de sus propias aspiraciones, buscando satisfacer sueños personales a través de él.
Debemos entender que detrás de muchos niños y jóvenes que logran avanzar en el fútbol suele haber algo en común y es una familia que comprende los procesos. Son padres que no se desesperan por una derrota, que no cambian de escuela a la primera dificultad y que entienden que el crecimiento deportivo requiere tiempo, constancia y paciencia.

A parent who understands youth soccer does not live on fleeting illusions.
They know that talent is important, but they also realize that without discipline, humility, and daily hard work, that talent can go to waste; their role is not to rush the process, but to support it.
The attitude is vastly different among those who believe their child's natural talent will solve everything. Some parents turn their child's abilities into an extension of their own aspirations, seeking to fulfill personal dreams through them.
We must understand that the many children and young players who succeed in soccer often share a common factor: a family that understands the process.
These are parents who do not panic over a defeat, do not switch academies at the first sign of trouble, and understand that athletic development requires time, consistency, and patience.

EL ERROR NO SE CORRIGE BUSCANDO CULPABLES.
Entrenadores que pierden más tiempo señalando responsables que encontrando soluciones.
Esa actitud solo alimenta excusas y frena el crecimiento del equipo.
El error debe analizarse, corregirse y convertirse en aprendizaje, no en un lugar donde quedarse a vivir.
Un entrenador que se estaciona en el error deja de entrenar para empezar a justificar.
En el fútbol, los equipos que progresan no son los que menos fallan, sino los que resuelven antes y aprenden más rápido que los demás...🖋️📓🧠⚽
Soportar los procesos es una de las partes más difíciles del fútbol formativo.
Muchas veces se quiere ver resultados inmediatos y se piensa que las derrotas significan que el trabajo está mal, cuando en realidad los malos resultados también forman parte del crecimiento.
Ningún equipo aprende, mejora y evoluciona sin pasar por momentos complicados.
Incluso cuando el equipo alcanza un buen nivel, los tres resultados del fútbol siempre estarán presentes: ganar, empatar o perder.
Ningún grupo, por más fuerte que sea, puede escapar de esa realidad , por eso la clave no está en obsesionarse con el marcador, sino en mantener la confianza en el proceso y en el trabajo que se realiza día a día.
Lo verdaderamente importante es permanecer, creer en el profesor y permitirle construir un grupo sólido con el cual pueda trabajar y desarrollar una idea.
Los procesos necesitan tiempo, paciencia y estabilidad, cambiar de rumbo cada vez que aparecen las dificultades muchas veces rompe lo que apenas se está construyendo.

Seeing a process through is one of the most challenging aspects of youth development in soccer. There is often a desire for immediate results, and people tend to view defeats as a sign that the work is flawed, when in reality, poor results are also part of the growth process.
No team learns, improves, or evolves without going through difficult times. Even when a team reaches a high level of performance, the three possible outcomes in soccer—winning, drawing, or losing—are always a reality.
No group, however strong, can escape that reality; therefore, the key lies not in obsessing over the scoreboard, but in maintaining confidence in the process and the daily work being done.
What truly matters is staying the course, trusting the coach, and allowing them to build a solid group with which to work and develop a playing philosophy.
Processes require time, patience, and stability; changing direction whenever difficulties arise often disrupts what is just beginning to take shape. Coach Jaime Reyes

Ganar nunca debe convertirse en una razón para humillar a los demás.
Una victoria es motivo de alegría y satisfacción por el esfuerzo realizado, pero jamás debe ser utilizada para burlarse, menospreciar o hacer sentir inferior a un rival.
En el fútbol y en la vida, hoy se gana y mañana se pierde. Por eso, la humildad debe estar presente en cada triunfo.
El verdadero valor de una persona no se demuestra únicamente cuando atraviesa momentos difíciles, sino también cuando tiene éxito y sabe manejarlo con respeto.

Winning should never become a reason to humiliate others.
A victory is a source of joy and satisfaction for the effort put in, but it must never be used to mock, belittle, or make an opponent feel inferior. In football and in life, one wins today and loses tomorrow.
Therefore, humility must be present in every triumph. A person's true worth is demonstrated not only when facing difficult times, but also when experiencing success and handling it with respect.

Ningún niño se convierte en un gran jugador porque los adultos le inventen talentos, lo comparen con figuras o le hagan creer que ya llegó a la meta.
El verdadero crecimiento nace del trabajo diario, la disciplina y el tiempo.
Decir que un niño es el mejor no hará que mejore más rápido, lo que realmente lo ayudará será entrenar con constancia, aprender de sus errores y disfrutar cada etapa de su formación.
Cada jugador tiene su propio ritmo de desarrollo, y querer acelerar ese proceso solo genera presión y expectativas difíciles de cumplir.
Como padre, el mejor regalo que puedes darle a tu hijo es apoyarlo paso a paso.
Celebra su esfuerzo más que sus goles, valora su compromiso más que los aplausos y acompáñalo tanto en las victorias como en las derrota.

El verdadero desafío de un entrenador no basta basta con dirigir a los más habilidosos hay que enseñarles a comunicarse, a compartir el balón, a respetar los diferentes roles y a comprender que un equipo fuerte se construye cuando cada jugador pone sus cualidades al servicio del grupo.
Muchos equipos están llenos de talento, pero pocos logran convertirse en un verdadero equipo.
La diferencia no siempre la marca la calidad individual, sino la capacidad del entrenador para unir, potenciar y hacer que cada niño aporte lo mejor de sí en beneficio de todos.
Porque los grandes equipos no son aquellos que tienen los mejores jugadores, sino aquellos que consiguen que sus jugadores sean mejores cuando juegan juntos.
