OETC
OETC is a nonprofit that makes purchasing technology simple, reliable, and affordable to meet the needs of teaching and learning.
OETC is a nonprofit that empowers educational institutions. We represent our membership in organizing cost effective, cooperative purchases through a sealed, competitive bid process. Membership with OETC is currently over 900 strong, and open to all educational institutions in the United States—rural and central, large and small, old and new. As a nonprofit, our organization doesn’t answer to shareholders, sell customer data or solicit donations. Instead, OETC members annually elect a Board of Directors to oversee operations. Through their vote, members have the ability to influence board representation and put their interests first. We also work with our membership to invest time and money back into the educational communities we serve; OETC events support and connect educators, administrators and leaders. We do what we do because we believe that technology presents meaningful opportunities to improve teaching and learning, and is necessary to prepare students for an interconnected world. OETC is committed to making purchasing technology simple, reliable, and affordable to meet the needs of teaching and learning.

We had an amazing time volunteering at Marion Polk Food Share — and managed to bag up 4,000+ portions of frozen acini de pepe. As a reminder, MPFS doesn't require proof of residency or income — they help ANYONE experiencing food insecurity! https://buff.ly/38Tis6f

We're excited to debut — stories of the ideas, innovation and people behind educational technology. First up: Joe Morelock, Ed.D. and Luke Neff of Newberg School District use data — and empathy — to solve a problem they'd never envisioned.

To get ourselves excited for mulch season, we teamed up with the City of Salem to work on the off-leash dog area and remove invasive ivy at Orchard Heights Park. Nothing like saving some trees and helping some good pups! 🌲 🐕
