But honestly? We get distracted.
By the people who walk through our doors. By the questions that somehow turn into 20-minute photography conversations. By helping someone try a few different lenses until we find the one that actually feels right. By talking film with someone who just shot their first roll by catching up with a familiar face we haven’t seen in a while.
And that’s kind of the point. ❤️
We love hosting photography events, photo walks, workshops, and community gatherings because they give us an excuse to meet the photographers who make our community so special — and talk cameras with people who get it.
So yes… sometimes we leave an event with approximately ONE usable clip!😅
But we usually leave with a whole lot of new conversations, new friends, and plenty of camera talk. And honestly, we’ll take that.

After our first Fill-A-Box event, we still had so much vintage camera gear left — and somehow, we managed to acquire even more. Movie & slide projectors, darkroom equipment, vintage photography finds, and all kinds of wonderfully random treasures were taking over the place, so we had no choice but to open the doors again!
And just like last time, we loved seeing camera lovers make the trip from all over Oregon to dig through the collection. Honestly, it was basically the Goodwill Bins, but for vintage camera gear! You never know what you were going to find, and that was half the fun.
We also tried something new this time with some awesome local vendors outside selling photo backdrops, handmade wreaths, rocks, reworked vintage clothing, and more! HUGE thank you to Becky & Tiger Toad who brought their creativity and helped us make this event something a little different!
And, of course, THANK YOU to everyone who came out, dug through boxes, found some treasures, and took a piece of our collection home ❤️
But here’s the thing…
WE STILL HAVE SO MUCH LEFT!
