Finished project for Gig Harbor!

SIP project update 🚧

Big progress on the SIP building in Gig Harbor! The roof panels were installed yesterday and the building is taking shape.

Huge credit to the crew for their dedication and teamwork throughout the installation process.

Here’s our latest SIP building project!

This week our crew began installing a new SIP building. Using a crane from Willamette Valley Cranes, each panel is lifted into place and secure to create a high-performance building envelope.

We are excited to share each stage of this project as it comes together. Follow along as we continue transforming this structure from framing to a high-performance building!

The structure comes to life!

The log shell is standing tall, showcasing the planning and precision that goes into the homes we build.

Watching everything come together is one of the most satisfying parts of what we do!

Log trucks have been unloaded and now being organized and set for construction. Each log is carefully placed and prepared for assembly to set the foundation for a quality handcrafted home.
