“I can honestly say we could not have chosen a better place to work out.
Aaron Hague and his outstanding team of coaches—Nathan, Uno, and Jesus—are encouraging, attentive, knowledgeable, highly skilled, and genuinely fun to be around. They don't just lead workouts; they take the time to get to know you, understand your goals, and meet you where you are.
Their goal wasn't just to help me get through a workout—it was to help me regain strength, confidence, and the ability to do the things I love.
That's what makes RHP different. They are so much more than personal trainers, and this is so much more than a typical gym. Their knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for each person who walks through the door are truly exceptional.
The atmosphere at RHP is another reason we love it. Aaron and his team have created a welcoming, supportive, and upbeat environment where hard work is mixed with plenty of laughter. They somehow make working out something you actually look forward to. It's a place where everyone encourages one another, celebrates progress, and has fun along the way.
At 78 years old, I can honestly say joining RHP has been one of the best investments I've made in my health and quality of life. I only wish we had found them sooner!”

It’s easy to get caught up comparing yourself to others.
Someone lifting more weight, running faster, or training longer.
But that’s not what matters.
The only comparison that matters is between who you are today and who you would have been if you never showed up.
Every workout you complete is a step toward becoming stronger, healthier, and more capable… not just in the gym but in everyday life.
Whether you hit a personal record today or simply made it through your workout, you made progress.
That’s something to be proud of.

Progress isn’t about being the strongest in the room.
It’s about showing up, putting in the effort, and becoming a little better than yesterday.
Keep showing up. The results will come.

That’s all it takes to make a difference.
One workout is only about 4% of your day but the impact can carry into the other 96%.
That hour can help you build strength, have more energy, improve your mood, sleep better, move with less pain, and help you keep up with your kids/grandkids.
The workout itself is important, but what happens outside the gym is what really matters.
Every time you walk through our doors you're investing in a stronger, healthier version of yourself.
If you’ve been struggling to stay consistent don’t worry about being perfect. Just focus on showing up and we’ll help with the rest.
See you in the gym!!

Progress isn’t built in a day, it’s built one workout at a time.
Every rep, every plank, every session brings you one step closer to becoming stronger, healthier, and more resilient.
Come train with a team that’s invested in your success!

It’s easy to think of the gym as something that only affects today, but every workout you complete is really an investment in your future.
One day you’ll want to travel, play with your grandkids, hike your favorite trails, carry groceries without pain, or simply walk up a flight of stairs without thinking twice.
Those moments don't happen by accident, they come from the choices you make today.
Your health isn't just another item on your to-do list, it's the foundation that everything else is built on. The stronger, healthier, and more capable you are the more you can enjoy the life you’re working so hard to create.
Every workout matters. Every rep adds up. And every visit is another step towards becoming the person you want to be years from now.
We’ll be here to help you every step of the way.

We just wanted to share this incredible story from one of our members, Carl…
“I underwent quadruple bypass heart surgery three years ago. Before that, I could barely walk up a flight of stairs. After training at the Resilient Human Performance gym, I now walk 2 miles a day. Last winter while in Hawaii, I walked from Waikiki Beach to the top of Diamond Head — a 6-mile roundtrip. Aaron, Uno and the rest of the crew at RHP have helped turn my health around.”
Carl’s journey is nothing short of inspiring.
Just a few years ago, climbing a single flight of stairs was a challenge. Today, he’s hiking 6 miles in Hawaii and living a healthier, more active lifestyle.
That transformation didn't happen overnight. It took commitment, consistency, and a willingness to keep showing up. We provided the guidance, coaching, and support, but Carl put in the work every step of the way.
His story is a reminder that no matter where you’re starting, meaningful change is possible.
If you, or someone you know, is ready to improve your health, move better, and become stronger, we’d love to help.
At Resilient Human Performance, we meet you where you are and build a plan around your goals. Whether you’re recovering from a setback, looking to get stronger, or simply wanting to feel better every day, we’re here to help you take that next step.
Your story isn’t finished yet.

We want to give a huge shout out to Taylor Donaldson for commitment to the University of Wyoming!
Taylor will begin her collegiate basketball career this year, and we couldn't be more excited for her. We’ve had the privilege of working with her over the past few years and helping her pursue her goal of playing Division I basketball.
She achieved that goal through years of hard work, consistency, and dedication. Taylor is an incredibly driven athlete, and she deserves to be recognized for everything she has put into this journey.
Good luck at Wyoming, Taylor! We’re excited to follow your career and wish you nothing but success. We know you’re going to do great things.
