10 ROUND TUESDAYS — STARTING OCTOBER 20TH

Starting the 20th of this month, we’re bringing 10 Round Tuesdays to the Mid-Willamette Valley.

10 five-minute rounds. One-minute break between every round. 12–1 PM.

This is open to anyone with an active membership at a legitimate Jiu-Jitsu or grappling academy, regardless of affiliation.

This is a no-drama zone. We’re going to work hard, but we’re also going to do everything we can to keep each other safe. Come ready to train, be a good partner, and leave the politics at the door.

Hygiene is non-negotiable: nails cut, gear washed, and no body odor. Take care of your training partners.

There are a lot of good open mats up north a lot of good ones down south We’d like to build one right here in the Mid-Willamette Valley a place where people from different rooms can come together, get hard rounds, and make each other better.

I had the opportunity to train at Eddie Bravo’s headquarters for a couple of weeks, and 10 Round Tuesday was always one of my favorite days. I’ve wanted to bring that same idea home for a while.

October 20th, we get it started.
