Sustainability In Your Ear: Building Solar Panel Recycling Capacity with SPR's Brett Henderson SPR is a national recycler that partnered with the Solar Energy Industries Association on the first residential panel drop-off program.

Solar panels don't always arrive recycling-ready.

Broken, weathered, or with extra hardware—like screwed-on aluminum frames—we take them as they come, even if they need some hands-on prep before processing.

Sometimes recycling starts with a power drill and a little elbow grease. Shout-out to our team for doing what it takes to keep the panels moving.
