Hudson wins his Heat Race!

Starting P3 in the A main!

Hudson worked so hard this year on and off the track, and was honored to receive the Most Improved Senior Driver award, along with designing the yearbook cover, and a 3rd place points finish in Sr Honda Summer Series!

Hudson had his fingers crossed for the Most Improved award and really worked hard, not for the trophy but because he wants to follow in the foot steps of his buddies Henry Albright Racing and Edison Carter Racing. We have watched them both receive this award at the past two banquets and go on to achieve a lot of success!

The next day we raced Box Stocks at Millbridge. With a slow car for qualifying, Hudson had to battle through the pack, moving from 10th to 4th in the A main! He has earned a top 5 finish in all three Winter Series races so far. Putting Hudson in a dirt car seems to be paying off - more seat time, different racing scenarios, and more confidence behind the wheel.

Next we’re off to Florida for the Space Coast Winternationals. Off season? What off season??

I WENT 8TH TO 2ND IN MY SR.HONDA RACE!

I had a great race! I started P8, made some passes, had some yellows, passed a LOT of lap traffic, and somehow ended up finishing P2! Congrats to my friend Henry Albright Racing for the championship!

What a night! We raced the final NCQMA Summer Series race last night and started deep in the field. Our Honda has been fast all summer, but the 160 went through some big changes trying to find some speed.

Light 160 started 9th and had some luck, allowing Hudson to move through the field and finish 3rd! It’s our first podium in 160 and got our driver pumped up for the Honda race.

Sr Honda was a race to remember! Hudson put together everything we’ve been talking about for months. Aggressive but smart driving, setting up passes, not hesitating when there’s an opening. Our wheel man went from 8th (arguably the worst spot to start from) to 2nd and he EARNED every spot.

He was happy to finish 1-2 with his buddy Henry for the second race in a row and also have a front row seat to watch Henry clinch the championship! How cool is that?

I can’t explain how pumped we are as a family and race team to finally see good results on the track. Four years of hard work, investing in good equipment and never giving up is starting to show in the results.

I’ll save the thank you’s for when we get a win, but for now we’re happy to visit the “Winners Circle” for getting both cars on the podium.

After a few tough races we finally put together a decent day yesterday .

✅ Qualified 3rd in Sr Honda and finished 4th! Our goal this season is to be in the Top 5 and Hudson is working hard to make it happen.

✅ Qualified 7th in LT160 and won the B main! The car tightened up in the A but we’re still working on setup. We will figure this one out!
