🔥🔥🔥LFG. Literally days....maybe even hours away from this thing being able to move under its own power. And I couldnt have done it without any of these people on the back window you see here🤘🤘🤘.
Forever grateful for the people that have followed me over the years and have followed this build. It took me 20yrs to get the Mustang where its at right now.....this truck though....I had much different intentions. An S10 build has been a dream of mine even before the Mustang came around. Finally 20+ yrs later.....here we are.
I brought this truck home November 15, 2025 as a roller of some sort. Truck was bare, literally zero wires,zero plumbing of any kind....just a questionable engine and transmission.....I had 1 goal in mind, that was to have it at race in 2026 at some point.
As with any build....it elevated quickly, parts list grew and I probably splurged in unnecessary places, but it was all a vision in my head and I had to complete it. I have zero expectations for what this thing will do with the current combo.....but we shall see.
I might only get to 1 or 2 races this year and Iam 100% ok with that. Its been an absolute blast building this truck, and I cannot wait to show it off to everyone🤘🤘

Part of the process whenever building these things unfortunately. Getting the front suspension dialed in as close as I can and getting it ready for some new single adjustable shocks and springs as well. One step closer🤙🤙

Welp. Went through the Mustangs carb thoroughly. No smoking guns, but a little dirty. Cleaned it all up,new gaskets and still....got issues😫. I actually think my fuel pump is dieing a slow death...I have a few reasons for this thought after driving it more and more and it got worse and worse.....even idled different after pouring more fuel in the cell🤔🤔
What are the chances I have yet another Magnafuel Prostar 500 go bad on me in less than 5 years.......common? Uncommon? Always had race gas in it, clean power, clean ground.....do these pumps really not last that long?

Whats your experience with em🤷‍♂️🤙. I think Iam out for the 25th at 42. With me finishing the S10 here in the coming weeks, I simply am unable to throw a pump on this car in time. Till then🍻🍻🍻🍻🤘
