A bit of subscription housekeeping. This year has been super tough dealing with USPS. We’ve had to file a formal complaint when more than 40% of our subscriber mail has not been scanned in for the last two issues this year. We’ve had to run it all the way up the legal chain. Imagine dealing with USPS in person, and make it 100 times worse when you’re trying to get answers by email 😭🫠

They can’t tell us where our thousands of magazines have been dumped, discarded or stored. We’ve been in print for 12 1/2 years and we have never seen anything like this before.
