Featured here is a classic: the Negroni. No frills and stands the test of time. Come on in, be classy, and sip on a classic.

Tonight we’re keeping “A Finger on the Pulse” of bar history. In some bartending and cocktail circles there exists a belief that one of the earliest martini recipes involved gin, sauvignon blanc and grated cinnamon. Tonight’s riff on that idea features Tanqueray No. 10 gin, Simi chardonnay and cinnamon simple syrup. It’s a bright, crisp martini with an undercurrent of spice we think you’ll really dig.

Wednesdays just joined the rotation. Sneak in at 4 PM, and to celebrate — half off French 75s and French 76s all night. Gin or vodka, champagne either way. 🥂

The bright, citrusy elements of a Brazilian caipirinha (Cachaça, lime juice and sugar) meet the herbaceousness of an Italian Amaro in the form of Fernet Branca. It’s a citrus-forward drink with a mysteriously satisfying finish. It’ll make you believe the sun is out this weekend. ☀️ 🍋‍🟩

Meet the Desert Flamingo. 🌵🦩 Tequila, fresh lime, Campari, pineapple, and a dash of bitters — bittersweet, bright, and a little bit wild. Served up against the brick at your favorite neighborhood speakeasy. Walk on over.

Gin, muddled strawberries, and simple syrup bring the sweetness of a Churchill Downs rose garden, while fresh lemon and a whisper of Campari finish clean with just a touch of bitter bite.
