TOP RATED ORANGE COUNTY FITNESS GYM &
HEALTH CENTER
We have a heart to serve you.
We offer a state of the art open gym, group class workouts, personal training, nutrition consultations, private recovery room services, & a coffee shop to come-all in one.
Almost 8 years of getting to do what we love with people we care about. We wouldn’t be here without God and without every person who has continued to trust and support us along the way.
Running a business isn’t always easy, but getting to serve this community makes it worth it. Thank you for being a part of Ark. 🤍

Jasmine has always been someone who reaches FOR people.
To welcome them in, to help, to encourage. To make sure they know they’re cared for, even when she has a lot in her own hands.
Her heart is woven into Ark in more ways than most people will ever see. So much of the care people feel here has her fingerprints on it. Today we celebrate that heart.
Happy birthday, Jasmine!
We hope today, some of the love you’re always extending towards others finds its way right back to you. 🤍

Our first Family Workout. 🤍
There’s something special about getting to bring our families into a place that means so much to us.
Our kids got to see what it looks like to take care of our bodies, move together, encourage each other, and have a whole lot of fun doing it!
Thank you to every family who trusted us with a little piece of your Saturday and helped make our first one so special.
We hope this is only the beginning of more moments where our families get to experience the community we’re so grateful to have here.
Here’s to raising the next generation surrounded by people who show them what it looks like to take care of themselves and each other. 🤍
