New research on Cadense is here!

A newly published study in JMIR Rehabilitation and Assistive Technologies examined self-reported falls and fall-related outcomes among 705 Cadense Original users.

Among survey respondents, mean self-reported monthly falls were 87.1% lower during Cadense use than before use — from 2.4 to 0.3 falls per month.
The findings add new real-world evidence to the growing research around adaptive footwear, gait, and mobility — and represent an exciting step forward as we continue exploring what footwear designed around the way people move can do.

Results are from a retrospective survey of 705 Cadense Original users who had worn the footwear for at least three months. Outcomes were self-reported, there was no concurrent control group, and the survey had a 4.8% response rate. The findings show associations and do not establish that Cadense caused the reported reductions.
