Daniel was a grieving single father, struggling to care for his newborn alongside four other children. He knew he couldn't give up, so he reached out to CALM for help.

Through home visitation, he worked on processing his grief, gained confidence as a caregiver, and learned about vital resources for his family – all without worrying about transportation or childcare. Today, the children are thriving and Daniel is leading his family forward with strength and hope.

During Pride Month, and always, show support for LGBTQ+ youth as they navigate a world where it's not always easy to be themselves.

Let them know they are loved, accepted, and supported. Give them safe opportunities to open up. And, help them connect with others.

Pacific Pride Foundation is a great resource in Santa Barbara County!
