Since joining VNA Health, Sena has made an incredible impact on our organization, serving as Senior Director of Hospice and later as Vice President of Operations. At every step, she has continued to grow as a leader while helping strengthen the teams, programs, and operations that allow us to provide exceptional care to our community.

Sena became a nurse not only with a desire to care for others, but with a vision to lead and inspire. She is the kind of leader who listens first and builds trust naturally. Her dedication to quality patient care goes hand in hand with her ability to bring out the best in the people around her. Sena embodies servant leadership, leading with the belief that supporting others is at the heart of great leadership. She approaches challenges with curiosity, an open mind, and a genuine desire to find solutions that support both our people and those we serve.

We are incredibly proud of Sena and all that she has accomplished and we have full confidence in the leadership she will continue to bring to VNA Health as COO.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and in recognition, our Serenity House team is wearing pink to stand with those whose lives have been affected by breast cancer.

Throughout the month, we honor those currently facing breast cancer, survivors, loved ones, caregivers, and those we remember.

At VNA Health, we believe in showing up for one another with compassion and care through every chapter. Today, our team wears pink as a small but meaningful expression of support for the many individuals and families impacted by breast cancer.

Today marks a very special day at VNA Health as we celebrate Jo Ann Mack’s official retirement and her final day with our organization.

Jo Ann’s impact on VNA Health is immeasurable. Throughout her years of leadership, she has been a passionate advocate for our patients, our employees, and the culture that brings our organization together. Her commitment to creating an exceptional patient experience was matched by her dedication to making VNA Health a place where people feel valued, supported, and proud to work.

We are also so grateful to for hosting such a lovely send-off.
