A day I get to spend with horses is always a blessed day. Their power is healing. Their breath is calming. My heart opens in the presence of horses.🐴🫶🏻

And my One With You Wild Horse Spirit trucker hat is my absolute new favorite.🤗

In this Fire Horse year, energy is amplified: boldness, passion, forward motion…..a wild horse, running with only freedom on its mind.🔥

This is the year where your desire for growth becomes louder than your fears. This year carries the energy of awakening, where you have the courage to run towards your dreams and desires without anything holding you back. You go towards that spark within that is calling you. ❤️‍🔥

This is the medicine the world needs now.❣️🌎

But this year of high intensity requires balance, self-care, quiet, nature , mindful movement and rest.

True strength isn’t constant motion. It’s power guided by awareness.

Horses don’t run endlessly. They move with rhythm. They rest. They graze. They breathe. They reconnect to the earth beneath them.

This is your reminder to balance your revolution with stillness.🐴🥰
