From Switzerland to the American Southwest, Stefan Wachs has built a career around photography, storytelling, and community.

After beginning his career with NGOs and the United Nations, Stefan turned to photography and has since produced and facilitated workshops through Santa Fe Photo Workshops and National Geographic.

His teaching has taken him from Santa Fe and San Miguel de Allende to workshops with refugees from Syria and Afghanistan and a photography workshop in Benin, Africa.

Now he’s headed to Taos to lead CENTER’s next hands-on Printing Workshop!
