It is also the primary nerve of your parasympathetic nervous system that provides a rest and digest function (vs the sympathetic nervous system, which is all about fight or flight). This month’s full moon is called the Sturgeon Moon coincides with a partial lunar eclipse in Pisces. Traditionally tied to the giant sturgeon of North American lakes, this moon symbolizes ancient wisdom, survival, hardiness, and tapping into inner strength during shifting seasons. Spiritually, this powerful combination emphasizes deep emotional healing, heightened intuition, surrender, and the realization that meaningful new beginnings require letting go of old cycles.

How will you surrender to your authentic path? Bring a piece of paper stating what no longer serves you as you focus on your personal growth and burn it in the firepit before you enter The Sound Temple.

There are mats and blankets in the studio but feel free to bring your own if it helps to relax more deeply.
