Employees had the opportunity to connect with local organizations, learn about benefits and wellness resources, participate in activities, and enjoy giveaways and raffle prizes throughout the event.

Events like this are part of how we encourage our employees to prioritize their well-being and to grow personally and professionally as a part of our commitment to being a "Fit Friendly" workplace.

Building financial understanding across Team Hardy.

Recently, our CFO, Jeff Schroder, led a Hardy Town Hall focused on financial education and transparency. Since Hardy Diagnostics is 100% owned by the workers, this gave the Owners an opportunity to ask questions, learn more about the financial side of the business, and better understand how we’re working toward our goals together.

We appreciate everyone who participated and helped make it an engaging conversation.

What’s new in the fight against carbapenem-resistant 𝘈𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘵𝘰𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘦𝘳? Hardy Diagnostics and NG BIOTECH are bringing a new solution to the conversation.

Carbapenem-resistant 𝘈𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘵𝘰𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘣𝘢𝘶𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘪 (CRAB) has been named by the CDC as an urgent public health threat in U.S. healthcare facilities. Is your lengthy turn-around-time creating undue risk?

Traditional send-out workflows force quality managers into a reactive loop: holding product, delaying shipments, or risking product exposure while waiting days for lab results.

The key to effective risk management is rapid, actionable data on-site. The N-Light™ AquaSpark™ System lowers operational risk across every zone:

Shift your environmental monitoring from reactive waiting to proactive control.

Recently our founder, Jay Hardy, and amateur aviation archaeologist, Steve Stuart, delivered an in-depth presentation on the history of the P-38 Lightning fighter aircraft.

The presentation highlighted the remarkable P-38 and the important role it played during World War II. Jay Hardy also shared the history of the Santa Maria Airport, which served as a critical training facility for over 600 courageous pilots who were taught to fly the iconic P-38s from 1942 to 1945 in Santa Maria, California.

During the presentation, Steve Stuart displayed and discussed numerous artifacts recovered from three of the over 100 crash sites crash sites throughout the Santa Maria Valley and Santa Lucia Mountains, offering attendees a tangible connection to the region’s aviation history.

Civic leaders, senior staff and board members from the Santa Maria Airport were in attendance, along with interested Hardy Diagnostics employees. The evening included a delicious taco dinner served to all attendees.

We are grateful to Jay and Steve for sharing their treasured knowledge and experience with us.
