About a year ago I was deployed, I was overweight, I was going through a divorce, and I was the heaviest I have ever been. Being Active Duty there was ALOT of pressure to get my weight and life under control. It was the one thing I thought I ought to have control over, but with over a year of working with Dr's, Nutritionists, and Dieticians....nothing worked. I felt overwhelmed and hopeless and had settled on liposuction. I did my first Advocare Challenge as a last hope...and 24 days later I was 8 pounds and 4 pant sizes smaller. I don't ever want ANYONE to feel like I did, and if you do...it's not over, you're not alone, and you CAN do this...let me show you how!

5.1 miles since 1 July! Right on track for 15 miles before the end of the month. It’s not FAST, it’s not FAR, but it’s consistent 💕 it’s important to CONSISTENTLY show up for yourself just like you would for anyone else!

6.3 miles in to our race from Marathon to Athens (26.2 miles) and we are officially 20% complete. This amazing group plants trees as you complete certain benchmarks.
So not only are we getting healthy, spending time together as a family, earning some sweet brass, but we are also helping the environment. I really love this program!
