Adventure in the Grand Canyon with Appleseed Expeditions
🌊 Bringing marine biology to life along Florida’s Gulf Coast with Appleseed Expeditions! Sometimes our explorations lead to incredible encounters with Atlantic devil rays, gliding through the water with graceful, winglike fins.
These encounters spark lessons about ocean food webs—from tiny plankton that feed devil rays to powerful predators like hammerhead sharks, which hunt other rays, especially stingrays. Every discovery helps students connect classroom science with the wonders of the ocean! 🦈
