I love seeing a photograph take on a completely different life once it finds its home.

Efflux began as an aerial view of water moving through the Florida coastline, dark channels cutting through pale sand, creating shapes that only exist because everything is constantly changing.

At this scale, it almost stops feeling like a photograph and becomes a landscape of its own.

And in this stairwell, I love how the piece pulls you into it every time you pass by.

What do you see first, the water, the sand, or the abstract shapes?

There’s a split second when a wave begins to rise but hasn’t quite broken yet. That’s the moment I’m always looking for.

I love how this photograph turns that movement into something almost painterly, the water stretching into these long, soft lines while the wave holds its shape for just a moment.

Then it’s gone.

What does this image make you feel?

I love seeing Veins of Sand No. 7 living in a space like this.

The photograph began with something incredibly temporary, water moving across the sand, carving these small channels and textures before the next tide erased them.
Now, enlarged and hanging in this quiet space, those tiny details become an entire landscape.

There’s something I love about that shift in perspective.

There’s something special about holding a photograph that began as a pattern I almost could have walked right past.

Whale’s Tale came from one of those moments when the tide pulled away and left behind a composition of sand, water, and texture that existed for only a little while.

That’s what keeps me looking, the coastline is constantly creating, erasing, and beginning again.

What do you see when you look at this piece?

A home changes when you give it something worth pausing for.

I love seeing these aerial landscapes become part of someone's everyday life. What was once a fleeting moment along the Florida coast now becomes the first thing they see with their morning coffee and the last thing they pass before bed.

That's the beauty of collecting art, it doesn't just fill a wall. It changes how a space feels.
