Prema means supreme love in Sanskrit. We didn’t pick the name to be poetic. We picked it because it’s the actual standard we hold everything to 💚

It’s why the entire menu is 100% organic and 100% gluten free, with no exceptions and no asterisks. It’s why there are no seed oils in this kitchen, no canola, ever. No natural flavors, no gums, no fillers. It’s why almost everything gets made from scratch right here, every single day, including the cold-pressed juices. And it’s why the eggs come from Dr. Bart and Kelli’s own flock.

None of that is efficient. All of it is on purpose.

So when you’re sitting at that counter with something warm in your hands, you can stop reading labels and just enjoy it. That’s the whole point.
