Almost…. Done
I think a few more days!

She’s almost finished!!
I learned A LOT on this flip!
Ready to take her to the finish line.
🏁🏁🏁🏁

She’s coming right along!
I used ChatGPT to help me visualize what this might look like and so far I’m really liking it!
You can upload a photo of a room or a property and then tell ChatGPT what you want to do
and it will render an image for you to help you visualize things before you pull the trigger!

Well, after a very rough start on our flip things have moved smoothly and very quickly… It looks like we will be done in a little over a week.
I learned something important today… Always count every piece of lumber the lumberyard gives you.
If it wasn’t for my contractor, we would’ve been short on 68 pieces of fence Post ! And that is after spending 2 1/2 hours waiting in the rain…for them to load different parts of our order 😳😡
