30A Rental Properties is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team!

This is a part-time, work-from-home position with occasional in-person property visits along Florida's Scenic Highway 30A. If you're highly organized, enjoy creating engaging social media content, have experience with AI tools, and are passionate about customer service and the vacation rental industry, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Help With:
✔️ Vendor management
✔️ Realtor outreach & rental projection assistance
✔️ Guest communications
✔️ Social media & AI content creation
✔️ General administrative support

What We're Looking For:
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
• Experience with AI tools for content creation
• Familiarity with the vacation rental or property management industry is a plus
