🛟WaterColor's team of lifeguards stands by and is at the ready for any and all situations at Camp WaterColor. They train year-round with rescue drills, CPR and first aid, and other physical conditioning. 💪

For one of our guards, Reaghan, her most memorable moment was saving two kids at one time. All the Kiddie Pool guests applauded. Not all heroes wear capes; some wear red bathing suits. 🩱

Hands down and across the board, every member of the lifeguard team recommends going down the Big Slide at Camp. Want to know the secret to going down faster? Lie back when sliding down. Have fun and be safe! 😎

🌟The Lighthouse Family (LFR) Retreat returns to WaterColor, September 19 -26, 2026. The retreats bring together families, resources, and support for those living through childhood cancer.

🏠LFR still needs home donations for the upcoming retreat and asks WaterColor homeowners to please consider donating a week's stay for participating families.

💛For one WaterColor family in particular, their granddaughter, Izzy, was 10 years old when she was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma. She passed 2 1/2 years later. The beach was her favorite place, and her last trip was the week before she passed. In her honor, their home, "Izzy B," is offered every year by Lighthouse Family Retreats to create special moments and joyful memories for a Lighthouse family. They encourage other owners in WaterColor to offer their homes so more families will be supported.
