Point Preserve is a private venue in Point Washington State Forest in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.
With a 350-seat pavilion, 24 nearby condos, and a forest setting, it hosts weddings, retreats, and group stays designed around meaningful weekends together. Southern Hybrid Homes and the Good Samaritan Institute ("GSI") announces the grand opening of the Point Washington Preserve ("PWP") event pavilion in Santa Rosa Beach. PWP, South Walton's newest event venue, can accommodate 350 people and is quietly nestled in 300 acres of state forest. The facility will host weddings, corporate events and much more, including retreats for scientists and engineers sponsored by, GSI.
