Not me showing up with a gallon and a strong opinion. 🥛 🫶🏼😂
For legal reasons, this is a farm store 😂🇺🇸
RAW KEFIR 🍓 so good!
One of my favorites: raw kefir is just fermented dairy! With raw kefir You get the nutrients of raw milk with the benefits of fermentation. Great because of all the probiotics which help support the gut micro biome.
Today I’m blending the raw goats milk kefir from coastal rancher with frozen berries and banana to make frozen popsicles for my kids.
It’s kind of like yogurt… but kefir typically contains far more microbial strains than yogurt! So cool.
When made from high quality raw milk, it contains, calcium, potassium, magnesium, b vitamins, vitamin k2 + more.
All around, kefir is a great for kids and adults! Super easy to make healthy snacks & staying away from over processed foods.
🇺🇸 MEMORIAL DAY : remembering those who fought for our freedom, for the greatest country on the planet.
