There are 2 kitchens, a private pool, parking for up to 7-8 cars and is an easy walk to the beach on the beach side of Hwy 30A. This spacious property is the perfect place to make memories during family reunions, girls' or couples' trips, church or business retreats, or several families vacationing together.

If you have a big group, we have a 10 BR property in Seagrove that sleeps up to 30.
Most summer weeks are already booked in this big property, but there are some spring & spring break weeks still available (including 3/6-3/10 & 4/1-4/8)
Due to a recent cancellation, the very popular 4th of July week (7/1-7/8) is now open.
“Mint 4 Fun” in Seaside has 5 BR, 5 BA & sleeps up to 12. The weeks of 6/3-6/10 & 7/29-8/5 are still available as well as a few spring break weeks & many long spring weekends (girls” trips! 😎💖🍹)
